1. Order Processing Time

• All domestic orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

• Since our premium blends and concentrated oils are handled with meticulous care and packed in specialized materials, certain customized orders or high-demand batches may require an additional 1–2 days.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline

We ship Pan-India using trusted logistics partners to ensure secure and break-free handling of glass bottles and roll-ons.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, extreme weather conditions, or festive seasons.

3. Packaging & Damaged Goods

Our products (including premium glass bottles, pumps, and borosilicate roll-ons) are packed securely to avoid leakage or transit damage.

• If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or leaking at the time of delivery, please do not accept it from the courier partner.

• Take a photograph/video of the damaged parcel and report it to our customer support immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Incorrect Address or Undelivered Shipments

• Please ensure all shipping details, including the pin code and mobile number, are 100% accurate before confirming your order.

• If a shipment returns to our facility due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of the recipient after multiple attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to re-route or re-ship the parcel.
